セルジオ・クェヴァス:令和元年の3月にアメリカ、ワシントン州レブンワース市から飯山市へ移住。レブンワースではの多数のワイナリーやレストラン、ホテルロビーやバーで色々なかたちでライブ音楽の企画をし、心こめて演じて仕事をしていました。
シアトルにあるコーニッシュ芸術大学でジャズパーカッション専門で2003年卒業。その後、クリントン・フィーロン(「ザ・グラディエイターズ」の元メンバーでいるレゲエレジェンド)のドラマーとしてツアーをし、ジャズとレゲエ以外にもアメリカーナフォルクとブルーズのジャンルをしっかりと身についた音楽者です。ギター、とピアノも、歌もすべて出来ます。

Sergio Cuevas was born and raised in the little Bavarian-themed mountain town of Leavenworth, Washington.
Sergio began studying and performing piano at age six. By age thirteen, he began performing at local dances with R&B bands. In high school, Sergio's main focus turned to the drum set as he participated in both Jazz Band and Combo Jazz Bands.
Sergio went on to earn his BM in Jazz Performance from Cornish College of the Arts where he studied under the three-time Latin Grammy nominee and Brazilian master pianist, Jovino Santos Neto. Also at Cornish, he studied with the great jazz trombonist, Julian Priester, as well as with Seattle jazz legends Mark Ivester and Chuck Deardorf.
Based in Japan and Leavenworth, Washington, Sergio performs an impressive schedule of regular gigs year-round. Sergio is fiercely committed to enriching his communities with energetic music performances alongside various local talent. Sergio holds numerous performing residencies, and continues to enliven the Shinshu Nagano and Leavenworth areas. Sergio's principal instrument is percussion, but he is proficient on piano, guitar and bass. Some of Sergio's professional highlights are performing and touring with Jamaican reggae legend Clinton Fearon, forming the multi-genre dance band Chumstick Liberation Front, acting as principal arranger and director of multi-artist projects for local Leavenworth musicians, as well as serving on advisory committees with the Cascade School District.
Sergio currently appears with the following artists: Clinton Fearon and the Boogie Brown Band, Lindee Hoshikawa, Spare Rib and the Bluegrass Sauce, Seth Garrido and The Hoyer Brothers.
